OUR RETURN POLICY

Material Sales are final from when they are delivered to the home or business. We will replace any cracked or chipped tiles or other damaged items if you show proof of damage at delivery.

Our Service contracts have a 3-day grace period for the right of rescission or cancellation. The grace period increases to 5 days for senior citizens.

We collect a deposit and progress payments throughout the project. The final payment will not be paid until the job is completed and you are 100% satisfied.

We collect payment in advance for any engineering or architectural work needed for the project. This payment is non-refundable.

We will make a separate HOA package and Permit Package for each project. We will submit these to the proper parties. We will not start work until the plans are approved.
